Manage your account
Update your profile, change your email, manage preferences, review your plan, get support, or delete your account.
Open settings
Open table, then open Settings from your user menu. Settings are grouped into profile, preferences, plan, billing, and account-related actions.
Update your profile
In My profile, you can update your name, profile photo, and sign-in email.
Your profile helps table personalize your workspace and identify your account. Your email is also used for sign-in and important account communication.
Change your email
Use the Email row in My profile to start the email-change flow.
- Use an address you control.
- Make sure it can receive verification messages.
- Keep your connected Google account in mind if you use Google for sync.
Manage preferences
Preferences let you control the app experience. You can choose appearance, changelog updates, and open the keyboard shortcut reference.
table is built for fast, keyboard-first workflows. If you use the app often, learning the command menu and shortcuts will make common actions much faster.
Review your plan
The plan screen shows available plans and feature limits. table currently separates free and pro usage across contacts, connected platforms, sync, AI features, recordings, reminders, data enrichment, and support.
Get support
If something is not working, open Settings and choose Support. You can reach the table team from inside the app.

Delete your account
You can delete your account from My profile.
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes access from your devices and begins deletion of associated table data, including contacts, connections, reminders, notes, AI threads, events, recordings, and related account records.
To confirm deletion, table asks you to type a confirmation phrase. This prevents accidental deletion.
